MY Chinese Study encourage our staff or students to do philanthropic activities around Beijing.MY Chinese Study has a long relationship with the charity organization Huling.
Huling is a non-profit & non-governmental organization, it has branches in many places of China: in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong, Shanxi, Qinghai and Hong kong. Currently there are more than 1000 intellectually disabled people in it.
People who suffer mental problems deserve the same right to live in the community as the normal people do, they need help and care from the society. Your awareness of their existences and respect for them is very important.
It is highly appreciated if you could assist them in the following aspects:
1 donate furniture / office supply / fund
2 construct and maintain their website: www.chinasnails.org
3 offer training on practical skills
4 join them and make them connected to the community
MYChineseStudy has many hand-made cards by those intellectual disabled people in our show window, they are for sale. The money earned will go directly to Huiling to help them. You are welcome to visit us, have a look at these cards and buy some, if you like.
